When can I expect to receive my order?
In order to keep our prices as low as possible for you, Isabelle-mode delivers products directly from the manufacturer or supplier. As a result, delivery may take a little longer than you are used to. Processing your order takes approximately 1 to 2 working days. The average delivery time for France, Spain, Italy, Ireland, United Kingdom, Poland, United States, Australia, Canada, South Africa, Romania, United Arab Emirates, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Greece, Ukraine and New Zealand, Denmark is 2 to 4 working days.
The delivery date has passed. What is the status of my order?
In most cases, orders are delivered on time. Unfortunately, orders can be delayed. Have you waited 3 days longer than the original delivery time and still not received your order? Please send an email to: info@isabelle-mode.fr

When you order from Isabelle-mode, you always benefit from free delivery.
How can I pay for my order?
Isabelle-mode always offers secure payments. We use the most widely used payment service in France, Spain, Italy, Ireland, United Kingdom, Poland, United States, Australia, Canada, South Africa, Romania, United Arab Emirates, Czech Republic, Slovakia, Hungary, Greece and New Zealand, Ukraine: bank card, Apple Pay & Google Pay, Creditcard, Shop pay & Blik.
I'm missing some products, how is this possible?
Some orders are sent in separate parcels due to weight restrictions. To ensure product quality, the products you order may come from different suppliers. If you order more than one product at a time, they may not be delivered at the same time.
Don't worry, your order is on its way. The rest of your order will normally be delivered within 1 to 3 working days.
What should I do if I receive a damaged shipment?
Unfortunately, your order may be damaged during delivery. As a customer, there is obviously nothing you can do about this. In this case, please contact our customer service team immediately by sending an e-mail to info@isabelle-mode.fr Photos of the claim should be taken and attached to the e-mail.
You cannot return the product without sending us the photos. Unfortunately, we will not be able to find a suitable solution for you. Our customer service team will deal with your message as quickly as possible and will work with you to find the best possible solution.
This is the case if you have bought the wrong product, if it doesn't suit you or if you no longer want it.
Please contact our Customer Service department (info@Isabelle-mode.fr). We will see what the best solution is for you. If we are unsuccessful, you will only have to pay the cost of returning the product to us.
