Returns and refunds policy

Not satisfied with your order or have you ordered the wrong size? No problem! You can return or exchange your order within 30 days.

RETURNS in 4 easy steps

Step 1: Send an e-mail to info@isabelle-mode.fr and our team will send you a returns form. Please read the conditions on the returns form carefully before sending the product back to our sorting centre.

Step 2: Fill in the returns form completely.

Step 3: Send your order to the address indicated on the returns form. Send the items with the completed returns form to the address indicated on the returns form. As the sender, you are responsible for the return costs. Please ensure that the parcel bears a Track & Trace code.

Step 4: As soon as we receive the parcel, we will ensure that the purchase amount is refunded to your bank account within 5 days.

EXCHANGE 4 simple steps (for questions of size)

Step 1: Send an e-mail to info@isabelle-mode.fr indicating your order number and the size of the product you wish to obtain in the correct size. You will then receive a returns form with which you can send back the wrong product.

Step 2: Fill in the exchange form.

Step 3: Send your order to the address indicated on the exchange form. Send the items with the completed exchange form to the address indicated on the exchange form. Make sure the parcel has a Track & Trace code.

Step 4: Once the parcel has been sent to the address indicated on the exchange form, we will send you the correct size FREE OF CHARGE.

EXCHANGE 4 simple steps (for damaged products)

Step 1: Send an e-mail to info@isabelle-mode.fr with photos or a short video of the faulty/damaged product you have received and briefly explain the problem with the product.

Step 2: Once we have received the photos/videos of the product received, our team will validate the product.

Step 3: Once validated, our team will send you a FREE replacement order.

Step 4: Finally, our customer service team will provide you with the new tracking information for your free replacement order so that you can follow its status.

PLEASE NOTE : Before sending the products back to the returns address, you must complete the returns form. The returns form must be sent with the parcel. To obtain the returns form, you can contact our customer service department by sending an e-mail to: info@isabelle-mode.fr

If the consumer is the originator of the return, the shipping costs are at his/her expense. Specific costs will be calculated according to the express delivery company you have chosen.

If, for our own reasons, the goods received are damaged or incorrect, the consumer is not obliged to bear the shipping costs for this reason.
